Very Thorough in Resolving all of my Issues

Only half an hour before closing I walked in with my computer fearing having to leave it there for days to fix some minor issues. Mr.Josh not only was able to fix my problems same day but stayed nearly two hours after closing and helped me to better understand my new system. He was educated in his field, friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to return for any future issues. He even took the time to explain where I went wrong and was very thorough in resolving all of my issues. Thank you!! I will be back
